We have learned to count steps, track heartbeats and measure effort. But movement is more than the outcome. The way we move carries information about the system that makes movement possible.

The body is not just an output. It is a window.

We believe understanding human motor control begins with listening to that signal. Not reducing every person to an average, but learning the patterns that make each of us different—and how those patterns change over time.
